Physical Description: Just a little sprout. Tufts of red hair gave him the nickname, "Tommy" (a popular children's story told on Earth in the 24th Century in school was "Tommy Tomatoe"). A typical 9-year-old, William looks like he's all knees and elbows. And skinny about the mid section, you'd wonder if anyone feeds the poor lad, despite his voracious appetite. He's currently missing a few front teeth - giving him a touch of a lisp and the cutest smile you'd ever lay eyes on.
